It's really hard to determine whether or not protesters have a legitimate grievance against Joe Horn who has been cleared for use of deadly force in the recent. The waters are somewhat murky for several reasons. 1. The alleged perpetrators appeared to look black. 2. Local law enforcement advised Mr. Horn to stay inside. 3. Texas Law allows use of deadly force in this type of situation to defend one's property or the property of others.
Yet one only wonders what would have happened to a non-white under the same circumstances. Even more sad is the lack of value placed on human life.
